(a) The founder

I'm not a recruiter who learned healthcare. I'm a clinician who got tired of bad hires.

I'm a licensed Physician Assistant with a Master's from Daemen University and three years of hands-on clinical experience. I've sat across from patients, covered shifts, and worked alongside the NPs, PAs, and physicians your clinic is trying to hire right now.

(b) Why it's different

A typical agency recruiter is screening for keywords on a resume. I'm screening for whether this person can actually do the job well — because I've done it. I speak the clinical language your practice runs on, so you're not stuck re-explaining what "urgent care experience" actually needs to mean.

Clinic owners deserve a hiring partner who understands the work, not just the job title — at a price that doesn't punish you for a successful hire.

(c) The process

Four steps. No retainer. No contract to start.

You're one short call away from a search that's already running.

  1. 01

    Book a call

Tell me the role, the specialty, and what "a good fit" actually means for your clinic.

  2. 02

    I source & screen clinically

I vet every candidate the way a clinician would — not just resume keywords.

  3. 03

    You meet qualified candidates

Only clinicians who actually fit the role land in your inbox for an interview.

  4. 04

You hire — then you pay

One flat fee, due only after you make the hire. Nothing before that.

(d) Pricing

One flat fee. Not a cut of your new hire's salary.

Most agencies charge 20–25% of first-year salary — often $20,000 or more for a single placement, paid whether or not the hire works out.

Traditional Staffing Agencies

20–25% of first-year salary, per hire

often $20,000+ for a single placement

  • Scales with salary — the better the hire, the more you pay
  • Often requires a signed retainer upfront
  • Screened by recruiters with no clinical background

(e) Questions

Before you book

How is this different from a typical staffing agency?+

Most recruiters have never worked a clinical shift. I'm a licensed PA with three years of hands-on practice — I know what makes a candidate a real fit, not just what reads well on a resume.

Do I pay anything upfront?+

No. There's no retainer, no sign-up fee, and no cost to start a search. The flat fee is due only after you make a hire.

How much does a placement cost?+

One flat rate, regardless of the candidate's salary: $8,000 for an NP or PA placement, $15,000 for a physician placement. No percentages, no hidden fees.

What roles and specialties do you place?+

Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians, across specialties — primary care, urgent care, dermatology, orthopedics, and more.

What areas do you serve?+

Clinics anywhere in the U.S. — physician-owned, privately held, and independent practices.

What if a placement doesn't work out?+

We'll talk through what happened and work together on next steps. Getting you a clinician who's actually the right fit matters more to me than closing one placement.

Why should I trust a PA to handle my hiring?+

Because I'm not translating between two worlds. I've been the candidate. I know what a good clinical fit looks like from the inside, and I use that to screen candidates before they ever reach your inbox.

Your next clinician shouldn't cost you a recruiter's commission.

Book a short call and tell me what role you're trying to fill — no contract, no cost to start.
